The Art of Relational Intimacy

A Five Week Online Workshop for Individuals interested in exploring patterns in intimate relationship

Starts April 18th and meets Thursdays at 530PM PST for approximately 90 minutes per meeting.

Understand relational patterns, master the tools to change patterns that are dysfunctional, delve into the roadblocks to relational intimacy, learn how to be heard and hear others.
​
Now offering many of the tools and learnings from the popular Couples Intensives in a workshop format.
Focused on Individual work, suitable for both members of couple to attend (enrollment fee is per person).

This half day workshop is an intro to the Foundations of Somatic Work with adult and child clients.

Horses are masters of bringing us into the present and mirrors of our dysregualtion when we lose our self-awareness.

We will cover an intro on a range of topics with both psychoeducation and experiential work including;

- The gift of the here and now with our Equine partners
- Resources for regulation and congruency
- Relational work with horses
- How trauma often shows up in work with horses
- Facilitator as guide, resource and relational supporter
- Sensorimotor work
- Anxiety, tension and release

This half day workshop is an experiential workshop for those with relational curiosity in interaction with horses. Boundary work, connection work, horse handling, calming signals, and work in hand will all be part of our experiential half day.
​
This workshop can be supportive to the full range of horse experience;
- from those who have equine experience but would like to understand how to bring relational work with client into their work to those who are new to horses and want to get a sense of basic attuning, handling and supporting client interaction.
