Equine Somatic and Relational Workshop: Deepening Connection Through Somatic Awareness and Relational Dynamics
Discover the transformative power of equine-assisted psychotherapy in this immersive workshop designed for therapists. Grounded in somatic and relational approaches, this training explores the interplay between the body, emotions, and relationships in equine-facilitated work.
Participants will learn to integrate concepts from Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Work, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, and attachment-based frameworks, while engaging in practical, hands-on exercises with horses. Through guided movement practices, somatic awareness, and relational gestures, you’ll gain the skills to explore relational safety, co-regulation, and attachment repair with your clients through Equine Faciliated Work.
This workshop offers a supportive environment to deepen your understanding of equine relational dynamics while enhancing your therapeutic toolkit. Whether you are new to equine therapy or an experienced practitioner, this training will inspire new perspectives and bring depth to your practice.
